Yui Cares For Her Team

Yui cares for her Seiryuu warriors all these times.  She thinks about Nakago, Amiboshi, Suboshi, Soi, Ashitare, Tomo, and Miboshi.  Tetsuya and Keisuke sympathizes.

Tetsuya comforts Yui, saying that Nakago, Suboshi, and everyone else know that she is a good person.

Although it may seem that Yui doesn’t care about her Seiryuu warriors, she actually does. Even the death of Tomo surprised her and she was quite upset by it, saying that it feels like she’s losing "one person after another" (FY manga Volume 11, Chapter 61). Then it is made more apparent near the end of the second manga installment of the series. For two years, she still dreamt about everyone of her fellow Seiryuu warriors and she felt guilty that they all died for nothing. She felt if she had her senses altogether, none of the Seiryuu and Suzaku warriors would’ve died. She could’ve saved Nakago and Suboshi too. Tetsuya, who loves Yui, comforted her that the Seiryuu warriors loved Yui no matter what and that she’s a good person. She shouldn’t cry for them anymore because they all understand her predicament. She loved them.

That being said, I wonder how it would've turned up if all of the Suzaku and Seiryuu warriors were kept alive in the end. If Miaka and Yui were to reconcile before anyone gets hurt or killed, would the warriors in both teams be friends? Or would they still hate each other? Or would they just go on their own ways? Who knows.
